General Motors defective motor and they won't give replacement vehicle! - GMS Yukon Denali 2009

Have 2009 Yukon Denali approximately 42,000 miles. 2011 Had all lifters replaced. 2013 having all lifters and cam shaft replaced. Spoke as high up as I can go to get replacement vehile. They have informed me that I will have to have lifters or other work done to motor before they will even consider replacement vehicle. I have argued the fact that on car fax this will keep my car from having a good resale... Who would buy a used vehicle with the lifters replaced 2 times with mileage under 50,000??? I have had several GM vehicle, but this will definitely be the last time. Always someone answering questions that don't know if the lifters are part of the door, windshield or maybe the engine. Kathryn (Manning I believe) with GM has told me she doesn't purchase used vehicles. She doesn't understand when you have an engine problem the vehicle is a lemon!!! I posted all on my facebook about the service I have received from GM.
