On November 11 I ordered Lexus 400 4 air struts from S&J Auto parts for $1310. My credit card was immediatelydebit for the funds and was told by the sales person Scott that the parts will arrive in 5 business.
After 14 days had passed and no delivery was made I called Scott about the parts and was told that he didn't have them and he was still in the process of trying to located them.
S&J misrepresented themselves that they had the parts when they did not. On good faith, I told Scott I would give him an additional week to locate the parts and he should contact and update me on the status.
After a week had passed I didn't hear from Scott so I proceed to contact him but was put on hold for 45 minutes to an hour only to be told that Scott is not around.
I placed several calls over the following days until I finally go in touch with Scott and told that I would like to have refund for my $1310 because of the lies and lack of professionalism along with his failure to deliver the parts he claimed they had.
I thought this was the end of my ordeal but it was only the begining of nightmare. I tried desparately to get my refund from this these scam artist only to transfered from one person's voice mail to another with no one returning my calls.
On one occassion I called their offices 15 times in an hour and no one returned my calls. I was told tha Joyce or Jackie in the Accounting/refunds department would process my credit.
After leaving at least 25 calls for both Jackie and Joyce I was finally connected to an individual named John whom took my information and relayed it Joyce and/or Jackie.
According to John, Joyce is in charge of Accounting and refunds. I finally spoke to Joyce whom told me she would issue me a credit. After a week had passed no credit was issued and no one called me.
So I started my phonathon again calling Jackie whom never returned any of 50 calls. She told me that Joyce was out of the office at an auction and she would talk to her first thing the next morning. I waited for two days and no word from Joyce, Jackie or JOHN (this guy is a charactor).
At this time 45 days had passed from the charge on my credit card was made by S&J. I called again, only to have John answered the phone and proceeded AGAIN to explain the situation to him. I further asked him who is the owner of the company to which he told me Charles Juitz.
Now that I have the owners name I thought I need to get in touch with him and explain my ordeal his "company" and "employees" have put me through. My calls to Jackie and Joyce still have not been returned.
On December 28 after being led down a path of lies and deception for 2 months I called and asked the operator for the contact information for the owner Charles Juitz (as told by John). She told me that Charles Juitz doesn't exist and doesn't own the company. As a matter-of-fact John is the owner of the company.
I call John, a pathetic excuse for a man and "owner", and told him what about the lies he and staff has been telling only to told a series of explicitives and the I should "f@#$" myself and do what I have to do. I was also curse out by Joyce as well and have the phone slammed in my ears by John, Joyce and Jackie.
It is now January 3rd and S&J have returned the money they have STOLEN not to mention the finance charges I have incurred on their behalf. One tactic they have used to credit my a/c for $100 in December and then another $250 4 days later.
These people should not be doing business with the public based on their fraudulent behaviors, lies, deceptions and lack of professionalsim. I had records of all my conversations with them. It will cost them a lot more than the $1310 plus finance charges.
