Rip-off! I have been waiting for a refund for over 2 months!

I ordered an armrest for a 2000 Ford Explorer XLS on April 12. $113.50 was charged to my credit card that day. I was promised delivery in 10 days—it took a month. I should have known something was wrong then.

Not only was the shipment late, they sent 2 separate shipments both with the wrong parts! After receiving instructions to forward the shipments on to other waiting customers, I faxed an actual Ford diagram showing the part I needed. Since no one responded to my second request, I asked for a refund and have been waiting over 2 months for it to be mailed to me.

I have left messages on the "refund department" voice mail, left at least 3 messages with Joyce and have spoken to Joyce twice who assured me that it would be taken care of. (If you don't get a human being on the phone, no one calls you back!) It may not matter anyway since it has been over 2 weeks since I last spoke to Joyce and I still don't have my refund or know when I am going to get it.

I want everyone to know S&J is so quick to take your money but it is nearly impossible to get the right part or get your money back. Time to contact the Better Business Bureau.
