National Tire and Battery NTB
NTB and Big O Tire - alignment warranty

In Atlanta I bought four tires and an alignment with a 4-year warranty. I was moving to LA and the NTB dealer said that Big O Tire would honor the alignment warranty. I'm in LA and the Big O Tire store refused to honor the NTB warranty. What recourse do I have?
