On january 5th I purchashed a 3 piece recliner set couch from mc queens furniture on Barrydown in sudbury ON! I didn't pick up the couch til feb 16 as I was in process of moving into my new hjust bouight so the floor model I purchased for 1242.74$ was damaged and they came to asses the couch and took pictures and then took the one unit of the couch for repaires. When I got the couch they were all dirty and they told me that not their problem I half to live with it wen it was on display in the store it was clean! So wen they brought bk the unit they fixed the transport was backed up into my lawn and ruin my lawn big mudd pot whole from their big tires and I called and complained and they refused to fix it or pay for it and when the guys brought couch into my house I asked them to take off their boots as it was rainning that day and their boots were full of mudd! They said sry health and safety were keeping our boots on! So they stained my white rugs with there boots and wen I called to complaine mc queens told me their not responsable to pay to clean all my rugs on my stairs that they stained and that the guys Were supose to put floor runners down to protect my carpat so at this point they ruined my lawn stained my rugs are very rude and they couch they fix was still broken! So I called and told them it was still broken so they came back to get it to fix it and then a week later they had it ready to bring back to me! My pepere was on life support and they told me no we half to bring it to you today! So they made me wait over 3 and a half hours and they handnt showed up at their promised time so I left to go be with my pepere in the hospital for his last fiew hours of life and the called me when I go to the hospital and said were are you and I told them I waitted for you guys and you guys were over 2 hours and 45 min late! So at that point we agreed this can't happen again and they agreed to give me a fulll refund once they come pick up the rest my furnitute that's was in good condition abut dirty from when I went to pick it up from the on feb 16. So after they came to pick up my furniture I went to the store with my visa to get my refund and then they pulled this on me sry we are not giving you a refund the couch you gave us back is broken! And the couch I gave them was not broken I swear it! So they want me to pay for damages I did not do and the cost for them to clean the couch! I didn't do anything to the couchs and now they still have my couch its been 5 days and I havnt gotten a peny for my couch. I went to ask help from the police they said its a civil matter and I got to bring it to court court fees will cost me a lots. My question is can they make me pay for damages I did. Not do? And I dirty couch they sold me? The couch has a 5 year warrenty and there showeing me a picture of the damaged couch, but the picture is the same picture they took wen they first fixed my couch! They are lying what do I do
