Damaged floor, broken couch, and no help

Bought a-4-bit furniture collection comprising a loveseat, couch, wedge, and couch from the JCPenney furniture store. It had been shipped quickly and also the movers built it and place it in place. After I visited transfer the sofa for that very first time, I came across the underside of the sofa was damaged and also the movers had positioned a sizable gouge in my own wood floor once they shifted the sofa in. JCPenney delivered me fresh components for that base of the sofa and so I might repair it myself but declined to check out the ground.

6 months later, the sofa is falling apart. It's still under guarantee but JCPenney will not do something about this. I have been calling and putting statements for over per month today and am getting nowhere. They WOn't actually examine the ground harm and also have yet to complete something about my couches that are ripping as a result of defective style.

I've never had a worse encounter with customer support. They create explanations and outright lie straight to me. They're producing no work to repair the problem. I've no idea why they wont atleast recognition the guarantee on the item!
