I would give a ZERO if I could. This company is most likely a SCAM. Flowers not delivered, but they gladly take your money. Then when I tried to complain each person kept telling me they couldn't help me and gave me a new phone number to call. What they are doing is just giving you to a different answering service with the exact same pre-recorded message. I asked one lady to tell me what is going on since flowers weren't delivered and should I just order from another company? She said her computer was broken and gave me a different number to call. The next woman I spoke with, I asked to speak to her supervisor and she put me on hold for 15 minutes and then disconnected me. I called back and the new person gave me another number. These people are crooks and liars.
I tried to bless my friend with flowers after a death in the family and these awful people are blocking him receiving that blessing because of their greed and dishonesty. They should be ashamed.
