Our initial complaint with Republic 4x4 was that they placed an invalid claim against us to collect a bill which we paid in full. The claim has been resolved (no thanks to Republic 4x4). We have multiple other unresolved issues with the company and I have come to realize this fraudulent claim against was so that they would refuse to do further business with us and thereby not honor the bogus and horribly vague warranty that they issue.
Additional complainsts we have are as follows: They performed un-authorized work on our vehicle, over-charged us, refused to honor the warranty and they harrassed and verbally assaulted me upon my trying to resolve our complaints with them.
They are the bottom of the barrel and I've learned that they have been shut down in at least one other location. They have dozens of unresolved complaints with the Better Business Bureau and several pending lawsuits including my own. The Denver police have been called out to this location on more than one occasion and they are listed on Consumer Reporter Tom Martino's list of "Sleaze Brigade".
I caution anyone considering doing business with this professional con-artist and thief! He is a psychopath and I believe a dangerous man!
