This company refuses to honor a valid warranty claim. They serviced my TV on 8/2 and the TV broke again with the same problem on 10/30. They claim to have a 90 day warranty period; that is, until you try to get service then they refuse to honor the warranty.
The also claim on their web site that they are members of the National Electronic Service Dealers Association; yet a call to the NESDA headquarters resulted in the NESDA saying that Premier is not a member in good standing and has not been a member since 2006!
Stay away from these ship shop people and the owner!
