My boyfriend called ups for re-schedule today. They told him that they can deliver at9am but he told them he is not free that time so, he requested tomorrow. Later they called and told him that they can deliver this afternoon. So, he decided to wait for his persol. Around 3pm He had to leave home so, he asked me to stay and wait for it. Before he left he called ups to make sure they deliver today. They told him 'Don't worry We deliver today' I had been waiting for his persol and did't receive. This is not first time I had this happened. I can't accept this happened anymore. Wasting my time. I can't trust UPS!!!
