I was sent an email that a package from Target was delivered to my house. It was not, I was home the entire day because of the snow storm. I tried to speak with someone online at UPS but they insisted that it as here, or if for some reason it wasn't then I need to deal directly with Target. Didn't know which it was, and the rep didn't care. UPS has delivered my orders to wrong addresses numerous times and have been lucky enough that those people have brought them to me and I wanted to let a supervisor know about that but I got numerous referrals to contact Target directly even though the previous shipments weren't with Target or that a supervisor wasn't available online but they could call me in an hour or so. Never received that call.
