I'm SGT Howell in the US Army. I started having issues with my truck after the fact I purchased this companies warranty. After they reviewed the issue and I had to contact them to get an update they notified that they weren't going to cover it. After this long en devour I managed not to be home for the holidays again. Its been 6 yrs since i've seen my family and now wont be able to. The claims told me it was a pre-existing condition of the truck. Apparently there were parts missing in the engine that I don't know who would know if it was missing before hand. I sure didn't know. It seems they want you to take apart the engine before you purchase it to make sure everythings there. Why pay for a warranty when you can't use it even if you did what they told you to do by keeping records and getting an oil change within 90 days after purchasing the warranty
I, along with other, soldiers don't get paid enough to get a brand new engine. So my question is who do you help. We soldiers don't ask for much in return but sometimes we just want some help every once in awhile when our luck is out. $7600 is a lot to us. I also tried to cancel it but they keep giving me the run around with the phone numbers so i'm leaving it up to the person that reads this. Do something Please. When I purchased this extended warranty the representative that finalized the contract said that we are always helping out soldiers, prove it...
