At the end of the summer of 2003 i went to dan nelson to purchase a vehicle because the transmission on my other vehicle went out so a friend of mine said go to dan nelson they will hook you up with a nice car, so i did.
BIG MISTAKE!!! They got me into a 1997 lumina with decent miles on it, the car drove fine for about a month and a half and thats when all hell broke loose. The first thing that went wrong is the throttle cable busted and they wouldn't fix that then the heater went out so i had no heat for winter then the water pump went out on it but they refused to fix that when i was told by the salesman that it would be taken care of at o charge to you.
I take it there to get fixed and the service manager said its not covered. To make a long story short once i new they weren't going to do anything for me they had their car sitting on their lot. So beware if you dont want to be screwed say away from dan. Thank you for your time and better luck to all who have ben screwed by dan.
