I've filed a SER on 10/25 to find out weeks after my SER was still not processed because it was a mix up with my workers then the SER finally went to the right person which is Mrs Frasier which whom still have not processed the SER. The SER is for furnace repair/replacement. The servicer who is replacing the furnace applied for a payee id number which he has now but she's insisting the servicer needs a provider id number. I've called the C&PE which they stated the servicer only needs his payee id number. I just want me SER processed and the servicer paid so I can get my furnace installed in my home, It is cold outside and it's begining to be a strain on my stove to heat the entire house. Can someone please help with this matter, this matter needs immediate attention.
