A failing restaurant run by an incompetent management with little regard for anyone but themselves and their egos.insecure to the core, these people take in new employees and use them as a means to increase their damaged self-esteemes by cutting them down, and the saddest part is they're not even smart enough to realize it. I left my job on numerous occasions to the point of tears and frustration and when I attempted to explain my concerns, was met with disregard. I've never met such heartless and lackadaisical people who fail to train employees and then assail them for making mistakes. These managers should be ashamed and embarrassed, but their self righteous indignation will certainly prevent those emotions from every surfacing.in any other state, these people would be mocked; they need a serious and overarching reality check as to their place in society.
