Ive been working at Cathy Jean for 5 MOnths. Its a bad comany and the owner should realize how his company is being ran. Ive seen customers with defected shoes come in and be lied to. Employees and district managers taking there shoes and making changes to them thereselves with no professional fixing. Jean (San Diego and Arizona) District Manager is rude and heartless. Shes evil to her employees. I put my two weeks in and she just wiped me off the schedule. Legally i believe we are able to work our 2 weeks. THey under pay their employees in management and expect a great outcome. Ive made great numbers for there company, above average, and they promote people around me who are doing way less. They make there employees do construction and work off the clock. Its an illegal company. I would like to sue
