I reported to my area supervisor concerning the problems in my own shop #11824... Since it hadnot been completed in over per week with a particular worker Ben Faga who's responsible for that. After the email. The problems were completed today or Ben Faga talks in my experience or Even The store-manager since I have delivered the e-mail... Josh woomer may be the working store-manager and he or she must behave like one he allows Ben Faga do-nothing all day long and obtain paid for it when everybody needs to function to obtain paid... I'm the shop helper store-manager and because the email Josh woomer has chose to reduce my hours from 40 hours to 35 hours for in a few days and Ben Faga has 38hrs... It"s not that Josh woomer is reducing my hours due to might work ethics or efficiency or attendance. It"s simply because I created the dm conscious of his slacking efficiency in operating the shop Ben Faga understands he would be to do the problems twice per week and does what he really wants to do and that I wind up carrying it out due to the greatest attention of the shop and also the organization... I've child-support which is suffering from this change determined by Josh woomer... The shop ethical went along so reduced from the steps of Josh woomer that many of the workers wish to decide... Is there something somebody may do to assist me solve this case I am also getting frustrated but he is not likely to escape with having fun with my livelyhood or my children I need help solve this asap please cheers
