I went into Amazon.com which triggered a virus. Could not log in to the Internet. I live in Amherst, NY, ended up talking to support from Texas. Although very nice, she could not help me. Suggested I take my brand new Toshiba to the Geek squad at the store I purchased it from which was the Niagara Falls Blvd. Store in Amherst NY. Evan explained what happened and offered to restore computer back to it's original state which took about 1 1/2 hrs. When I returned Josh assisted me with any questions I had with the restore. He disabled the Microsoft Office 2010 trial so I could restore Office 2007. No complaints about Evan and Josh at all! They helped me tremendously and answered any questions I had. They get a green smile. Not so sure I cared for the Manager who was in charge at the time, as he would not agree to a new computer if this was the choice I opted for. I only had the computer for a little over a week, and was not charged for the geek squad help. After taking my Toshiba home (which I really like!) and re-installing everything, it is all better! Thanks Evan and Josh!
