Desired to vent and find out if operator does something illegal. I worked for ICR Employment in Victorville California for all weeks. Within this period the dog owner Robert Lovingood has been doing the next:
Explained "I seem like garbage" before additional workers (even if I'm the sharpest dressed individual within the office)
Requested me private information via e-mail (actually named me into his office) to discover cause I requested for some hours off to get a medical visit. Held requesting my physicians title and where my doctors office was. After declining to provide this particular data, 24 hours later he kept wondering "well have you been likely to reside"?
Openly called me out before additional workers (again) about my intended have to cut (when others had a lot more of the 'darkness' than I). Additionally, had a co worker tell operator "hello, think about oneself? (owner had unshaven beard). Was not a friend of co worker who stuck-up for me personally.
This person works his workplace by concern, I Have noticed it for myself. Workers are very stressed there and certainly will let you know so. Believes he's 'regard' of everybody but actually does not. Also provide observed him jeopardize his boy bodily damage (others observed this also at work) simply because he desired his boy to use trousers in the place of pants. Personally I'd think hard before employed by operator. Does not have an time person, speculate why? Perhaps since he understands he'll get named in from the time supervisor for his wrongdoings? Hmmmm...
