COMSYS is hiring placing consultants from Third Parties who provide candidates working on their H1B but the third party vendors are actually submitting FAKE H1B's and there is no system in place to check the Receipt Number matching the candidates name. So all these third party suppliers are misusing the system and COMSYS is fully aware about this and entertaining these Vendors. Once such classic Example is candidates provided by mmc systens inc. This company is based in Virginia, there is another company by name scm data inc is run by the same people which also provide candidates with fake H1B's.
