To whom it may concern!
I'm writing for you and that i am writing to in confidence that something will be achieved about this problem! About the behalf of me along with a most of the employees in the thompson shop!!! As employees in the pizza hut organization believe there are difficulties with the store with jorge! Very first thing is jorge we fill that jorge is extremely rude and abnoxious and raw without any sense of professionalism what-so ever! He's always arrive at use an attitude issue walkaround on the power-trip, he usually impolite to his employees and employs bad language like close the fuckup, and that i don't provide a dam, or who cares i dont, or what the fuck is the issue, and sometimes even in expects to weaken certian workers in the store who're afraid to speak up cause there scared to obtain hours reduce, or suspended by george trigger tll this very day he still expects and countinue to complete deceptive issues around within the shop!!! We also have another issue we dnt want to discriminate against we members but there are several employees that dnt talk english who cant answer the telephone while customers are calling to put orders over the telephone particularly through the busiest hours of the workday, trigger when we're overwelmed with work it's fustraiting to others!!! Additionally there are several team memebers who choose to not do there work and when they do they do them almost, while there are people that are there and do there work and deserve the credit for there job congratulations, but still there are others such as a some of the drivers who are taking things and george was informed numerous occasions about various situations of the nature and he ingnores or try and turn the entire discussion about, blame the delivery drivers when its really among the motorists there cause hes been there for peaceful someday, and george don't hear of it, so that as far because the food expenses proceed jorge has encouraged workers for not using the measuring cups or whatnot and he herself doesnt use them and also other employees aswell, therefore if hes gonna self-control them for that objective, and he complains about the money lacking sometimes but he will not aknowlage that at time when he proofs the money he around cooks it along side skillet, hand-tossed, breadsticks, employees pans and he just leaves them there, trigger its not the very first time an incident such as this has happend one event happend and he lost 12 pizza dough and that's really unperfessional of him like a gm, particularly if he sometimes rests in the dining area referring to items not realted to work which are rude horrible unperfessional, erotic and nothing needing to do with work...
It's obvious that george is stressed and overworked and overwelmed together with his function, and at period missariable in the place of his career, their perspective, their rage, their doings and professionalism claims everything, you will find people there who deserve to go up and who're team players within this resturaunt who're ready to save the store and are a group to create things in the thompson shop a much better function enviorment for the employees in the thopson shop, who wanna work and that are ready to put there 120% in and make items right in the shop, in the place of travelling and doing nothing all of the period, engaging in items there not designed to or because reality spying, or intimadating additional workers cause they're trying to assist others well they laugh in others encounters or copp an attitude and george understands it but still intends to do nothing about, as he sits there and laughs about it and says dont worry about it, the same as anything else.
We try to make things work on the store we always provide it our all and try to are a-team, and theres several gentlmen there which are pizza hut content and desreve to maneuver up within the compan and can make the comapny develop, and ready to do the task in the shop, not cause there shifting outta there parents home, or cuse they are doing favors, or they kiss as much as george because reality, were all not perfect and we dont walk on water but these things have to be investigated and a number of us are affraid to speak up trigger jorge may cut our hours or give us several days of work or reveal cause we're having shortages about the food or were slow and i will realize that, and concerning the overtime, but when thats true why they can keep 2 hours over and catchup on his work or sit there and discuss nonsense, or allow various people time in early when he is to lazy to complete the job herself or he'll end what hes doing which s if he does it right he simply walks out leaving several times without performing preparation actually or over a busywork evening, or when theres nothing to complete he'll purchase food and sit in the dining area and eat and keep on, and jorge includes a loud voice and it bears to where we can hear him within the back, additionally he came in ill recently, sneezing, coughing, hacking, returning and final pressing and preping meals when hes sick like this, that really unperfessional and just out in out ill, hhe operates the opportunity of getting others sick and the clients, and he was told to go home and didnt hear till 7 anything he left having an perspective tossing stuff and pacing in fourth within the shop, how skilled is that, while they can sit within the back watching the camereras considering the employees work or he'll sit in the dining area and viewing everyone in the kitchen function, if he'd time to accomplish this, or watch the cameras he'd see the actual problems in the shop, and agian he will not see that...
All we want is for something to be done about this issue, i'm clearly if we all put our heads together like a group we could work in this store and make thing better, in the place of agaisnt one another most of us need our jobs and we all have famalies, particularly within this bold economy we're in, we sincerely hope this matter is cared for and never overlooked, we shall reach or create greater degrees of corprate to slove this problem within the shop, such things as this matter dont need to continue for evrybodys advantage!!! And im confident fabio understands it, who understand what jorge is upto but again we appriciate your time and looking foward to giving you some positive feedback in this issue!
