George Pallanes or Jorge Pallanes did the classic Mobile Mechanic befriending and Ripoff Scam through Craigslist. Operating out of Orange County he is known to have fraudulently taken upfront money for parts and not returning cars. He says he he a shop in Beverly Hills and other locations. Speaks very well educated and smooth. Say he has a business doing computer network service Konekted. Stay away from him! Scam is his middle name!
