Like a 4yr. Worker. I've been stressed, pay, and clinically frightened for my work. Composed rules for singleing out workers, that aren't within our guide. Very dirty work place, that i understand is just a risk to employees health. Which concerns me for my future wellness. I've reported constantly about, simply to be harassed and made fun of. The dust on shipping ground loads are so heavy, i've difficulty breathing having a dust mask on. That is not a business need. Worker purchased dust mask.
