I contacted shaw carpet about a powder in my carpet that i detected when i got a vacuum cleaner. It had a plastic cannister and i could see inside. This powder is the same color as my carpet and sticks to the plastic and the amount of fibers i vacuum is unreal. A man came out and tested my carpet. The report said it was dust. Now how can my dust match the carpet? I have two different color carpets and it is same color as the carpet.
They offered to replace the carpet, but i have to pay the labor. Which would be about $1500.00 dollars or more. This powder is not dust! I live byself and don't havealot of traffic. If this dust, then i have more dust then the whole neighborhood. I believe it could be affecting my breathing.
