I requested a refund running at home to get a test period. I decided it wasn't for me personally and required a reimbursement inside a week of putting the purchase. I had been informed it'd be achieved in 3-5 times. Today six months and several calls and e-mail to www.fastsupportlive.com later I still haven't gotten my reimbursement. This can be a complete fraud. I've never seen back in the organization once they responded that somebody might return to me with this issue.
