I signed up in July to receive an informational CD and paid $7.95 just to have it shipped. I have been waiting 3 months now and no sign of a CD, yet my card has been charged 3 times now $39.95 each month since. I have emailed, submitted a ticket to 'fastsupportlive' like instructed from the support phone #, and even called the company that I was supposed to get the product from.
I have had no response to the emails as of yet, the tickets that are open on the website 'fastsupportlive' are closed immediately and no response is given and the company that has the product claims they don't support Angela Penbrook Productions.
Still waiting for ANY type of communication from 'customer care'
