Our charge card was billed $197.00 on 4/3/08 from Angela Penbrook of Penbrook productions for processing rebates from home. I delivered many emails and telephone calls @4/19/08 to stop since the company/website wasn't what I anticipated. I obtained an email on 5/24/08 that my reimbursement had been prepared and that I must obtain it in 5-7 days. I delivered another email on 6/2 that I've not gotten my reimbursement. I've been attempting to contact the 800-number to no avail to find my reimbursement. I simply need my money-back and that I believe the corporation is just a ripoff
