I recently observed a dairy queen supervisor threaten to attack a worker if he didn't punch-out and keep. I had been operating there at that time and observed the entire event. Everything started using the worker requesting the supervisor if he might make the cones as he was on register (cones are close to the register) and there have been just two workers (myself and also the target) operating at that time. There were several blizzards about the panel and we needed aid with the purchases he was setting up there. The demand swiftly converted into a disagreement whilst the supervisor began receiving loud using the worker stating he did not need to do something, actually planning as far as informing people thats what we receive money to complete. This can be a criticism by itself due to how poorly staffed we were on the good evening. The supervisor subsequently began verbally attacking the worker with claim words where stage i told him that theres you should not begin swearing at him. Then he got in his encounter whilst the worker began promising back at him (actually the supervisor is 36 as the worker is 18). Before long of fighting and me attempting to quit them from battling the worker profits to-go downstairs and get his issues. The supervisor retains it heading by informing him if he discovers something lost or damaged downstairs he was gonna whoop his a*. Following the worker is finished, I attempted to stay up for him in my own subsequent discussion using the supervisor.
