I had been utilized by Banfield once the Clinic first exposed In Feb. Of 2007 like a part-time employee from 3pm to 6pm or 7pm depending easily shut a Healthcare Facility to complete the finish of evening close-out. I sadly had a collision that led to needing to have Spinal surgery completed on February 14 of the year. I had been placed on individual leave by Banfield because the end-of Nov. Declaring that since the Clinic hasn't been available to get a year. I really could not gather Impairment that was good used to do not be prepared to request it like a part-time empl. I am aware that there individual leave is just 12 weeks but my physician needed me to remain out another 3 months. Then I had been informed by Banfield Recruiting and also the supervisor in Secaucus that my placement was no further required simply because they were reducing hours in the Clinic. And so I was ended. Personally I think I had been terminated unjustly and really should have now been approached earlier from the Supervisor or even the Area Directer who incidentally didn't anytime within my leave on lack actually contact me-up and have how I had been experiencing or that my work was in risk which I had been being ended. I actually transpired towards the clinic and also the supervisor there didn't actually provide mean inkling that my work might no further be there, actually they stated they might not wait until i returned.
