So I am staying in Allentown Pennsylvania on business form the week. Tonight I decided to order from Dominoes since its on our key to our hotel room at the stay bridge suites. I order from the Union ave store. I ordered a large steak and cheese pizza with no onions because I am allergic, which I repeated twice to the gentleman taking my order over the phone. The pizza finally came and. Of course onions were all over it. So I hate to complain since I work in the food industry but I also know how important food allergies are so I called very nicely and told them what happened which I had spoke to the manager. So he said he would make a new one and deliver it no sorry no nothing. That was fine so I waited another 25 min for a new pizza and another one came and Mich to my surprise more onions! Really?! At this point yes I'm starving after working all day and waiting an hour total to eat my dinner at 9 at night. So I call again ask for the manager and tell him the situation again He then proceeds to tell me I am lying and there is no way there were onions on the second pizza. I was like sir I am not lying I will return the pizzas I'm not trying to get free pizzas. He was so incredibly rude to me after calling me the customer a liar that Ihad my boyfriend drive there to return both pizzas and to prove to this manager that i was indeed not lying about the onions. So I got my money back but still no dinner so now I have to eat frozen food from the hotel lobby! Thanks dominoes of Allentown Pennsylvania!
