Food Not Correct, Slow Service

I ordered #5-double with medium fries / drink and asked for a 5 peice nugget in the drive thru. She said 5 5/2 min wait... Like every time I've ever ordered chicken there. I thought I was getting fast food. Well I told her no I will get a jr bacon cheeseburger-plain instead. So I pull up and pay where I then saw an suv parked by the door where they make u pull up to wait if u ever order chicken. But to my amazement she said to me pull up to the door and we will bring your food out. What? Thats why I changed my order, so I didn't have to wait! So 11 minutes later (I timed it) I get my food. Get home and my burger was a SINGLE patty, PAID for a double and the jr bacon cheeseburger was NOT plain! I don't get it I love Wendys and every time I use the drive thru I get bad service! This was at Wendys Suffolk, VA 23432 on Main Street @12:45pm.
