Cold chicken nuggets and undercooked fries at store 27295

My husband and I went to get some food on dec. 18.2013.. Order chicken nuggets and frys when I got home my nuggets taste like they had been setting there for hours and they were not even warm. My frys were not cooked all the way. I was very upset.
