First, I would like to say that I have never had a good experience at this location, but today was particularly atrocious. When my boyfriend and I went in, the man that had been standing there turned and walked away. We waited for 10 min. And were finally greeted. We ordered our food and received it 10 min. Later. When we finally sat down to our food, the chicken nuggets my boyfriend ordered were cold. He approached the counter and waited another 5 minutes to be greeted again and when the man finally came to the counter, my boyfriend asked that the chicken nuggets be replaced with new ones. After another 15 minutes, we had still not received the chicken nuggets and went to the counter to see what the holdup was. The staff had forgotten to cook them. My boyfriend was so fed up after waiting almost 45 minutes just to eat that he asked to get his money back. The person we believe to be the manager was rude and unapologetic. The customer service at this location is beyond repair. We will not be returning to this location. Terrible.
