So I went to Braums last night for a quick and easy dinner. When I pulled into the drive thru, I was told to wait... I waited, finally took my order. I went to get it and he took my card, no problem. I wait a few more minutes then another girl come up and asks, very rudely, "what did you order?!" I went through my whole order to which she replied "pull up, I guess I'll bring it to you!" I pulled up and waited a good 10 minutes for my food. I was pretty mad at this point and she brought to me and said "here". I went home ready to just let it go and eat my food... To my surprise, one of the things I ordered was completely wrong, but since I was already home, I sure wasn't going to drive back and complain, especially since they weren't very nice to begin with! I am just really upset that they are treating people like this!
