I recently had a traumatic experience at a Dunn Bros.in which I acquired first and second degree burns due to a cup of tea that collapsed when I picked it up. I wrote Dunn Bros. Afterwards to advise them of the event, but now over a month has passed and I still have not received any kind of response, much less an apology.
I particularly regret this because I have until now been a dedicated customer of this coffee chain. I appreciate their efforts to support the local in a country of outsourced franchises. However, Dunn Brothers really needs to pick up the act on customer service in order to remain competitive and keep its customers loyal.
