I was called by a Ms. Joan Dunn and informed that I was eligible for government grants of up to 25,000 USD. All I needed to do was set up a debit of $299.00 from my bank account and wait to receive the paperwork. After 3 months, I received a questionnaire to complete and return; which I did.in January I attempted to call the toll-free customer help desk. I have tried several times, and continue to get the same message: this is no longer a working number. I am disabled and lost my home of 20 years. I expected to receive a minimum of $5000.00 and most probably $25000.00;according to what Ms Dunn said. I would like to know if anyone has got satisfaction from this organization.
