Poor Customer Service

The customer service received at this location is consistently the same. It is always the same shoddy, terrible attitude from one particular cashier. The restaurant is very convenient because it is smack on Flatbush avenue accessible on and off the Belt Parkway. It is such a pity to come into this restaurant and receive such disappointing service, especially when you expect more. When you are tired and hungry after working or driving for hours, you do not expect to come into a place of business and feel unwelcomed by the employees. Every time I walk into this restaurant, one particular cashier is non-receptive, and does not appear to have any customer service training. I had to warn her that the economy is bad and getting worse, a job is a very valuable asset, and she should not take it for granted. On top of that, she gave my husband a wrong order. I had to take it back to the counter at which point she told the other young lady "here she comes" as though I was inconveniencing them. It is such a shame. I told her quite clearly - the reason I've come back is because you did not take the correct order to begin with. I am tired of this type of service at this location in Brookly. It is high time someone do something about this young lady. Either train her or send her home.
