Went in to place my order. The person taking my order couldn't speak English and then proceeded to ask me question after question about items I didn't want. After I finally got my food, I want to get my soda and the machine was broken. I asked and was told it would be a few minuets. 20 minuets later I asked agin a was told "we're working on it". I waited a while longer and by then my food was cold. I asked for my money back and was argued with and asked what my problem was. I was shocked seeing that I displayed no anger, all I did was ask for a refund. Needless to say I will not eat at any Arby's ever agin.in fact I'm going to get as many people as I can to not eat there.
