Dear Arby's Management, Please attend to the poor quality food served at the Arby's on Route 19/rte79 in West Virginia. Our family was in the process of relocating and stopped in for a nourishing dinner. Arby's is one our
favorites. However this Arby's served food that was contimated so badly that we became sick. We were almost stranded roadside at night off rte 19 with no place to stay while we were too sick to make it to a motel, and we were lost in a mountain town. Food poisoning is very serious especially when you are driving a truck with family half way to your destination. Please investigate this particular Arby's and make it sanitary. This happened March 8. We like your menu, but please do what you can to improve the food at this particular restaurant. Thanks
