Arbys always claims that their milkshake machine is broken! - Food Service

I love Arby's! Great food! BUT the last few times I've been and ordered a milkshake they tell me that they're milkshake machine is broken. That honestly happens 9/10 I ask for one and I'm assuming that it's because they don't feel like making me one. Is there somebody I can call about this?
