I went to the Arby's in Merrifield, VA the other day and the cashier, Jesse (name on her name tag) / Jessica (name on the receipt), barely spoke a word of English. I had to repeat each item to her at least three times before she understood and after every order she kept ringing me out like I was purposely giving her a hard time. The food was not fresh / warm either. To top it all off, I got food poisoning and have been out sick from work since I ate there the other day. People need to realize the potential harm they might cause to others because of their negligence.
