I prepaid for a birthday dinner with a prearranged menu. Special menus were to be used but the regular menus were handed out and then taken from the guests. One guest order off the menu and was charged for her meal. I was still charged for the meal she didn't eat. Two guests missed the 'ordering' and no wait staff came to take their order or provided any food. I was charged for both those dinners.
I asked for a refund and spent a month calling and recalling to get some answers. After getting the run around I was finally offered a $20 gift card to their resturant.
Owner, manager and staff were rude. No one ever called me back.
