I actually love the food at Panera Bread, but after having the same issues and bad service over 4 times, I am giving up. I ordered my food and the are usually so quick to take my payment, then after waiting for a very long time they told me they actually are out of the product that I want "spinach artichoke kisch", I am a vegetarian so I can't have any of their other kisch options, so I told her i want a refund, she can't find the manager to give me a refund so I finally left the store without my money. Unfortunately this is not the first time that this happens. There were about 6 to 7 people behind the counter all busy with tasks, no one clearly worried about customer service. Don't visit the Dunwoody location unless you don't care about good service.
