I have been to Panera Bread many times and have had no bad experiences. Until today. Upon ordering my food with my grandmother the cashier was rude to us and I am quite sure that the staff made my grandmother the butt of some crude joke when she accidentally dropped her cup and had to bend over to retrieve it. After that we were waiting for our food and did not hear our name being called so we went up to the counter and asked a gentleman standing there if this was our food. He would not even look at us and promptly slid the plate away from us as if we were diseased. We asked someone else if this was for us and the dish was indeed ours. Pan era Bread will never again receive my patronage if this is the kind of people they hire.
