Panera is now using a microwave to cook their paninis. They have replaced their presses. Quietly sneaking them into their locations, they have betrayed our trust in their healthy promotion. Wendy's artisan sandwich is not microwaved. They toast their bread and cook their eggs on the flat top! They are excellent and less money too. Shame on the suit at corporate that ruined a good restaurant concept by selling out.
