I called my local fatz in greensboro, nc on high point rd and was told they don't take reservations and lady who answered phone said they used to but had issues and then said would get manager after told would be losing about 10 people and Manager got on the phone and said they didn't and told him would take business elsewhere and said that was my choice and i told him i would be posting this issue on usacomplaints.com and then i contacted corporate and told them what the lady said and she said she wasn't aware of them ever offering reservations ever as maanger at local store said that their policy in all 49 stores was they don't take reservations at all whihc in greensboro everyone does
