This is a report of the complete disregard for the LAWS these Judges are sworn to uphold.
In the last 3 years I have been in 4 state and federal courts trying to get just for me and my son.
History: In 1999 my now exwife took my son and disappeared, I filed a police report and was told there was nothing they could do.in July I was contacted by the Wyoming Department of Family Services (DFS) and told that my son was in State custody and had been for 6 months. I immediately filed a police report with the local police for custodial interference, a Class C Felony against the DFS employee for there failure to comply with State Law concerning taking children into custody. Failing to notify any court of a child in custody and furtherance of custodial kidnapping.
Since that time I have been in 2 State Courts and 2 Federal Courts asserting my Parental Rights. I have had all Judges tell the State what defense to assert so he could rule on it (I have these hearings recorded with transcripts). To date no court will here this case as it now concerns State and Federal judges.
According to my extensive research Judges are ABSOLUTELY above the laws they are sworn to protect.
NO lawyer is willing to place their career on the line to uphold the laws we must live by, This is actually understandable. The good old boy mentality has become common place.
Today I heard on the radio, the announcer was talking about his daughter getting a citation. Without even a sliver of thought he Narrated that the Judge REQUIRED her to return at a later date with an attorney or be found guilty.
I must be old, I seem to remember when lady justice was blind-folded, hearing only the facts, not seeing the $2,000 suits on the other side of the room. This kind of action is equal to extortion.in violation of the Federal RICO Statutes among others.
It has long been held that justice is for sale and how much can you afford. There is a lot of truth in stupid comments like this one, Unfortunately WE all lose when our RIGHTS are trampled on.
Their are several web sites about father being abused by the legal system, none seem to deal with the real issues of discrimination, gender bias by State and Federal Courts.
The absolute autonomy granted to judges by judges over and above the CONSTITUTION that they must swear to uphold.
In closing it is also true that power corrupts, and absolute power corrupts absolutely.
