Doble dipping to my account. Din't care. Customer service (CARA)

Today 3/8 it is the thirth time that I'M closing the same account, started back on march when I notice doble diping on my account, when I called they mention I had 2 accounts, funny, they had 2 defernt names in the accounts, but even know that in march they had corrected the problem and downloaded a new program to my unit over the phone, they still charge for 2 acounts, we sent fax canceling the acount that did not belong but they never seam to get the fax. Today again send the cancel notice, i called to make sure they got the fax, they said to call back on tuesday, they have to sort all they mail to verify if the fax in fact come in. The lady name (CARA) was so rude, all she wanted is been off the phone, she said that she did not need to be in the phone with me i can do it on line, she give me the password and hang up. Here CARA.@*&@*@ yu too.
