I visited IHOP #5514 on 4/18 at noon. A woman outside near the newspaper stand shared with me that the computers were not working and it was hard to run a restaurant without computers, so I assumed she was an employee. I should have reconsidered going inside, but was craving some pancakes. Service was very disappointing—once my food was delivered, I never saw the waitress again. I had to approach her near the kitchen to get a check to pay. The food was also disappointing—eggs way over-cooked. Ordered Simply Fit 2x2x2. Since she did not come by to check on my food, I had no opportunity to complain. I was by now running late to get back to work, so did not take time to complain to the manager. I will not be likely to revisit.
