Went to Ihop in Lynchburg, VA this am... Not overly busy. After waiting 30 min for our pancakes and eggs we were told after asking our waitress... She did not offer any explanation as to why we still had 10 minutes to wait. As we all had appts to make we had to leave before eating. Very disappointing experience. We eat there quite often and never had such a disappointing experience.
